                           "The Nuts and Bolts"

After 25 plus years in the "nuts and bolts" of new home construction, remodeling and design it was time to change course.  I have been looking at homes for years to see what the owners could do to make it what they really wanted in their homes, now I look at homes with buyers before they purchase to help them get what they really want from the start.   For sellers, I bring cost effective solutions that eliminate problems and increases value.

Now that I have changed course, I could not be happier to be associated with my wife (Connie-lynne) as a full-service real estate team.  With my background in home building from start to finish, I bring the knowledge of what goes where, when and why, and being able to explain it.

Have completed over 300 new construction home buyer inspections

Over 16 years experience in home renovation and remodeling

Many design and build, additions, and total home renovations in the
Greater Philadelphia area
