Before going into residential real estate several years ago, Connie-lynne worked for architects and home builders (both custom and production) learning from the ground up all aspects of documenting and getting everything completed on time for her customers.  From architectural plans to change orders to final sign-off of completion, she has been paramount to seeing that all the "I's were dotted and the T's were crossed" ahead of time.  This dedication comes through from start to finish, whether it is getting a solid understanding of the competition and local market trends for sellers, or making sure that buyers analyze all the potential homes that fit their particular criteria.   She will always listen and see that the transaction is done right!

Bill came along last year, with over 25 years of experience in every aspect of home building and renovation.  From "hands-on" building to overseeing raw land become completed subdivisions, he has been a part of permitting, budgets, estimating, quality control and every aspect of construction management.  He brings what we call the "nuts and bolts" knowledge to the team.  He focuses on having a common sense approach to home ownershop being a home investment.   Always trying to ensure that what you want ot do will pay off in the long or even short term.  Believing that planning and doing it right will always save time and money in the long run!
